Stewardship - All members of Grace are stewards. Stewardship is encouraged through holistic giving to and through a Christian community.
Bills - Members incurring reimbursable expenses related to a church activity or project, may submit a bill, provided that the ministry chairperson has agreed to the expense and that the item is provided for in their budget.
Counters - A team of two people are responsible for counting Sunday offering immediately after the service. They then report these offerings to the Financial Secretary. A rotating schedule assigns these members to approximately one Sunday each month.
Financial Secretary - This person is responsible for recording all offerings received from members and other sources. Envelopes and quarterly statements of giving are provided to all members and any others who request them.
Offering Envelopes - Given to each member family (and those who request them). Gifts received in the envelopes will be carefully recorded and quarterly reports will be distributed to each giver.
